Now that the U.S. only 6 "Kindle is disappearing (no longer 'available for the purchase of new on Amazon), there are two choices for those who want to buy a digital wireless book reading device. These choices Kindle DX the Kindle and Global Wireless.

Each of these devices has its strengths and what you should choose depends on what your needs are unique (or the needs of the person who buys it, because if it is a gift).

Obviously, ifliving outside the U.S., the world's Kindle is your choice only because the DX only works in the U.S., while the international version (as the name suggests), working in various countries.

If you live within the United States, when the choice is to save money by buying the wireless version of the global or foam to get the size (both changes and display the amount of hard drive space) offers the DX version.

The international version is just six inchesdiagonal while the DX version is 9.7 inches. The international version can hold up to 1,500 pounds, while the DX version can hold about 3,500 books.

With the extended, another advantage over the Kindle is able to offer a screen rotation-itself. For example, if you turn the camera on one side, text on the screen automatically flip so you can read in this way. This can be very useful for the search to certain types of materials (eg somephotos.)
