The new Canon PowerShot SX20IS is a new mega-zoom model just released in mid-August of this year (2009). And 'the successor to the highly successful model was SX10IS Reining maps best-seller for some time.
One of the new features available on the Canon PowerShot SX20IS is that it can record HD video at 720p. This model uses a 28-50mm wide angle, which has a 20x optical zoom. The zoom can be used for video recording. Also has a 12.1MP imagesensor, and like most new models from Canon, the DIGIC 4 uses that produces images of excellent quality.
On the back of the unit, is a 2.5-inch LCD screen that can rotate at different angles. There is also a button that is dedicated to video recording that you can record movies with the push of a button.
To succeed SX10IS, the new Canon PowerShot SX20IS has not disappointed. It retains most of the main features of the old model (user-friendly)It took a couple more. The picture quality is quite surprising given its price range. They were even better in many respects from those taken in some of my more expensive digital SLR cameras.
At first glance, the Canon PowerShot SX20IS may seem a bit 'bulky, but it is surprisingly comfortable to hold. Has a good grip feels very comfortable and durable. From the looks of this new model, it seems that Canon is set on the flange of the mega-zoom camera market for a long time to come.Currently, the Canon PowerShot SX20IS sells for about $ 399 each.
